I teamed up with Saint Lawrence Mortgage in January 2005 after completing my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Seattle University. I also have a Bachelors in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Central Washington University.

I have proudly lived in the Puget Sound area for over 28 years and have been a resident of the Everett / Lake Stevens area for over 25 years.

What sets me apart from most lenders is I recognize that no 2 loans are alike and each client has a unique set of life goals, portfolios and financing needs which will need to be addressed. A smooth, stress-free and timely closing is my top priority.

I do a lot of Boeing Employee mortgages and am familiar with your TotalAccess system and VIP savings plans. I can help you walk through these systems to print the statements that I may need in order to process your loan.

Saint Lawrence Mortgage was founded by Michael Sanborn with you, the customer in mind. Mike previously worked as an underwriter at a large national lender. Mike opened Saint Lawrence Mortgage in 2003 with the goal of saving people money on their home mortgages. Mike has partnered with some of the top lenders in the country to ensure that we're able to offer our customers some of the most competitive rates on the market.
